About that email. The Purpose Factor® Assessment is administered by The Purpose Company®, so your link comes from them rather than from us. We release it by hand from the guide portal as soon as your payment lands — usually within a few hours, always within one business day. If it hasn't arrived by the end of the next business day, email us and we'll chase it the same day.

We will review the assessment methodology and go deep on your Natural Advantage because it's the one that changes how you read everything else. Plenty of people find that's exactly enough, and they get on with it. We will also discuss personal frustrations, then deep dive into the other core elements of the assessment results — Pull Passion, Acquired Skills, Origin Strength, and what the four of them mean together — that's the Purpose Discovery Intensive: six weeks, one session a week, working through your whole report which also work along with the core values and beliefs alignment.

The things people ask before they book
Who sends me the assessment link?
Maximum Impact LB LLC will send you the payment receipt while the asssessment link will be coming from The Purpose Company®, who administer the Purpose Factor® Assessment.
You will receive it usually within a few hours, always within one business day. If you don't see it, check spam and promotions first, then email us.
It's been a day and I haven't got my link.
Kindly check your spam folder again and if you have not receive anything yet, please email us or call 941-586-8705 and we'll find it the same day.
How long does the whole thing take?
About 20 minutes for the assessment. If you availed of the debrief, it will be 60–90 minutes. Beyond that it's up to you — book the session for whenever suits, this week or next month. We recommend within 90 days to book the debrief so you will see the value of the results and apply the positive learnings to your life.
Can I just take the assessment without the session?
Yes — $49, and you'll have your full results report. The report is raw material. It tells you what you're made of, not what to do about it, however most people who stop at the report read it once, nod, and never open it again.
With the debrief add on, we will guide you understanding understanding your Natural Advantage result and provide you some insights that can help you after the debrief session.
How is this different from DISC or Myers-Briggs?
Those describe how you operate — your style, how you communicate, how you behave under pressure. We're DISC-certified consultants and use it with teams most weeks, so we'll say it plainly rather than as a sales line: that information is good at what it does, and it isn't this.
The Purpose Factor® answers a different question. Not how you work, but what you're for. Style makes you easier to work with; direction tells you what the work is for. Most people end up wanting both, and they don't substitute for each other.
How is this different from your free quiz?
The free Everyday Excellence Style quiz tells you how you're wired to lead. Purpose Discovery tells you what you're for. The first takes three minutes and costs nothing. The second takes under two hours of your time and changes how you spend the next ten years. Start with the quiz if you're not sure.
Do you work with teams outside Florida?
Yes. Team sessions and workshops run virtually anywhere, and we travel for in-person engagements. Travel is quoted separately.
What if I need to reschedule?
Contact us or move it yourself from the link in your confirmation, any time up to 24 hours before. No fee.
