How is this different from DISC?
DISC describes how you behave — how you communicate, decide, and handle pressure. The Purpose Factor asks a different question: what you are for. We are certified in both and use them for different jobs.
Is the assessment hard?
No. About twenty minutes of straightforward questions, done on your own, in one sitting if you can manage it. There are no wrong answers and nothing to prepare.
Do I have to know what I want out of it?
No. Most people arrive with something they are weighing — a decision, a role, a restlessness they cannot name. Bring that if you have it. If you do not, the report will give us plenty to work with.
What if I cannot make my session?
Move it. Your confirmation email has a reschedule link, so pick a time now and change it later if you need to.
Why is it cheaper for me?
